In the Pro SXS Race, Cody Bradbury came out of a last lap shootout to net his first ever Pro Class WORCS victory. Bradbury made a long shot pass on the final lap to secure the top spot.
“I just held it wide and it stuck,” explained Bradbury of his awesome final lap pass. “I jumped down to the bottom of the canyon and I got the win. This has been a long time coming. I’ve been fast, but just stuff happened that wouldn’t let me get the win.
In the Pro Unlimited race, Bradbury fought off two other racers to secure his second victory of the weekend. “I got a little lead and got the win,” said Bradbury. “This is my first win so it’s pretty cool. I’ve been running up front but haven’t really been able to put it all together. Today it just clicked.

“I put Tire Blocks in my GBC Tires and that was a good call,” added Bradbury.” The GBCs are tough, but there were some really sharp rocks out there today. I got my Walker Evans Shocks back last week; they re-valved their new Velocity shocks for me, and they were stiffer. That was good here in the sand, and the Gates belts held together all day holding it wide open on the sand dunes.”
In Pro Stock, Corbin Leaverton rebounded from missing the last round to secure his first victory. “I just ran as hard as I could,” said Leaverton. “Every time I try to save the car it breaks anyway, so I decided to just go for it. The dunes are really different than anything else we race on, but it was fun. Walker Evans was working great out there and my GBC Tires really held up.”

“The track was rough, but it was fun,” said Leaverton. “We all got wins today, which is great. My Arctic Cat was awesome. The GBC Tires were really hooking up well today.”
Team Bradco will be ready to build on the weekend’s success as they head to Cedar City, UT for the next WORCS SXS race at Iron Mine Raceway on May 27-29th.
