Bradco’s Cody Bradbury came into the
WORCS Pro SXS races at Iron Mine Raceway in
Cedar City, UT with an eye on repeating the
win sweep in both classes at the last round.
Unfortunately, bad luck reared its head and
he finished fourth in the SXS Pro Unlimited
race and 14th in SXS Pro. Linkon Leaverton
won his sixth consecutive SXS Youth 700 Production
race, while Corbin Leaverton was caught up
in a crash in Pro Stock.

Bradbury led the Pro race from the start, but a mechanical issue took him out of contention. In Pro Unlimited, he was running in the top five before front differential problems put him fourth in the final order.
“I got funneled back in the start, but I was heading back to the front when I broke an axle due to driver error and my differential went out,” said Bradbury of the Pro Unlimited race. “I pulled into the pits and finished the race in two-wheel drive. It was nice going 1-1 at Sand Hollow. I had speed in both classes, but it wasn’t my day. I just ran around going for points.”
Bradbury is still very much in contention for the WORCS SXS Pro Championship. He currently sits five points out of the lead with two races left.
“There are still two races left and they are tracks that I like,” said Bradbury. “Interparts has been doing my axles. I snapped a front axle due to driver error, but the rears made it to the end. I’ve been running SDI’s motor plate, tie rods and their oversized brake kit. I’ve had no issues. This weekend was just bad luck. We’ll be back.”
In the Pro Stock race, Corbin Leaverton was running in traffic when he crashed in a bottleneck due to lack of visibility caused by the dusty conditions. He’ll be running with several different racing series during the WORCS summer break to get ready for Glen Helen in September.
“The car was good,” said Leaverton. “The GBC Tires, as well as the Walker Evans Shocks and Wheels were working great. We’ll be ready for Glen Helen.”
Linkon Leaverton won an unprecedented sixth SXS Youth 700 Production race. The young Leaverton is driving essentially a bone stock Arctic Cat. He also finished second in the adult SXS 700 class.

“The Arctic Cat was good today,” said Leaverton. “It was a good weekend to finish first and second, and I give thanks to Dean at D&P Performance for all his support this year.”
