GBC Motorsports' ATV & SxS Racers Earn Seven Class Wins
Anaheim, CA (3/27/2014) - GBC Motorsports racers headed to Milestone MX in Riverside, CA on March 23rd for the second round of the 2014 Dirt Series and left with seven more class wins in this popular MX series.
ATV Races
Several ATV racers put their GBC Bomb Squad MX tires to the test on the redesigned Milestone Vet track and came away with some good results. Kory Ellis won the Pro Class season opener and was looking to go back-to-back before a mechanical issue slowed him down in the first moto. He turned things around in the second moto to finish 4th on the day, good enough to hold onto the points lead heading into the next round. Dylan Dixon made his 2014 Dirt Series debut and finished 5th in the Pro Class.
Larry Heidler had himself quite the day, adding to the GBC tally with wins in both the 450 Intermediate class and the 450 Vet 30+ class. Justin Luna joined him on the podium with a 3rd place finish. Craig Bennett landed on the Pro-Am podium with a 2nd place finish. Mynor Snow finished 4th in the 450 Intermediate class.
Bill Markel also made his second consecutive podium appearance, this time taking home top honors in the 450 Vet 40+ class.
UTV Races
Cody Bradbury backed up his opening round win with another solid victory at Milestone. He was joined on the UTV 1000/Unlimited podium by fellow GBC Motorsports driver Bryan Car, who piloted his Carr One Racing RZR to a 3rd place finish. Dan Worley, Mike Lewis and Tommy Scranton finished 7-8-9 in their Mongrel-equipped UTVs.
