Tim Farr and his co-pilot, Julie Farr, put on a commanding performance with their JB Off-Road Can-Am Maverick. The number 41 Maverick grabbed the holeshot off the second line of XC1 racers. Farr came into the first turn a little hot and tipped his Maverick but was able to recover quickly and went into the woods in third. He quickly began to battle his way through his line and worked to catch the front-runners. He was in fifth on lap one, but advanced to third on lap two.

“The dust was wicked. You really had to drive smart and not go into sections blind. Sometimes I had to stop and let the dust clear before I could keep pushing. It was crazy out there. The track was technical and rough, but my JB Maverick was able to handle everything perfectly,” Farr said after the race.
This is Farr’s second time being on the podium this season and he currently holds third overall in the championship chase.

“JB had me a heck of a car today. My Can-Am Maverick was great. I really had to drive smart to get through all of the dust and rocks, and I couldn’t be happier to be up on the podium. Everything just went well for me today,” regarded Hendershot from the podium.
He was able to claim third with over four seconds to spare. The podium finish gave Hendershot a boost in the points and he currently holds ninth in the class.
The JB Off-Road / Can-Am Team will be back in action at the eighth round of the GNCC series at the Wiseco John Penton in Millfield, Ohio. The UTV race will take place June 7th at 4:30pm.
