Vechery Racing Spring Creek ATV Motocross Report
ATV Motocross Pro & Pro-Am Racer Tyler Hamrick
Hiram, OH (7/9/2014) - The Mountain Dew National at Spring Creek proved to be a tough round for Vechery Racing as Tyler Hamrick was the only rider represented under the tent in Minnesota due to some ongoing injuries affecting the team right now.
In front of another stand out crowd on Saturday, Tyler was able to take his DASA powered Honda to a pair of 11th place finishes. With his 11th place finish in the Pro Class Tyler maintains his 9th place standing in overall points.
On Sunday Tyler unfortunately suffered a mechanical failure on the second lap of the first moto leaving him with a last place finish. He now sits 3rd in points behind class leader Ronnie Higgerson and Jeffrey Rastrelli.
“We are really looking forward to the next round in Unadilla. Tyler, Tim and Scottie have all done well at the New York track and we are hoping to see our guys back up on the box,” stated team owner Gloria Vechery.
Alex Pafford was the lone Vechery Racing/Never Sleep Designs Satellite support rider to make the trek to the Spring Creek Facility in Minnesota. Alex was able to claim a 4th overall finish in Super Mini, 10th overall in Schoolboy Jr Open and 14th overall in Schoolboy Sr.
Vechery Racing heads to RD 7 THE NYCM INSURANCE NORTHEASTERN ATV NATIONAL on July 12th. Be sure to follow Vechery Racing on Twitter and Instagram as well as Facebook for all of the team updates and results.
