Hurricane Mills, TN (8/13/2014) - The Wienen Motorsports duo took to the podium at the last round of the 2014 Mtn. Dew AMA ATV Pro Motocross National Championship this past weekend at Loretta Lynn's MX in Hurricane Mills, Tenn. Wienen came out of the weekend with his seventh overall win of the season going 1-2 and Brown took third overall after finishing 2-3. The racing action was streamed live on RacerTV.com.
Wienen grabbed the moto 1 holeshot and lead the race from start to finish. Brown also got off to a great start and was in second before the end of the first lap. Brown contested Wienen for the lead but was unable to make any advances before the checkers flew.

Mother nature joined the Pro lineup for moto 2 and the Wienen Motorsports team experienced their first mud race of the 2014 season. But it didn't hinder their placings, Wienen came off the line and out of the first turn in third and moved into second before the end of lap two where we went on to finish out the mud race. Brown came out of the first turn in a top five start and also made a pass before the end of lap two for his finishing position of third. Brown fell one point short of the second place overall in the championship points chase and came in third overall not only for the weekend but for the year.

Pro-Am Nick Gennusa took 8th overall for the weekend after going 9-7 on the weekend. Gennusa took fifth in the overall Pro-Am Championship points chase.
The Wienen Motorsports team will return to racing in October for the Caleb Moore Memorial Race near Fort Worth, Texas.
