Wienen returned to the top step of the AMA Pro ATV podium on Saturday with perfect 1-1 moto finishes, with Brown taking third with 3-4 moto finishes. Wienen served notice during practice of his intention to rule the day, posting the quickest qualifying time to earn top gate pick. Despite his practice speed though, Wienen started the first moto just inside the top five and it wasn’t until lap four when he took over the lead, but then raced ahead to win by 3.7 seconds, with Brown not far back in third.

As well, Brown finished fourth to claim his second overall podium of the year. “I put in a great two weeks of training and practicing before coming here,” Wienen said.
