Walnut, IL (6/5/2014) - The 2014 Mtn Dew AMA ATV Pro Motocross Championship hosted its fourth round of the nine round racing series at Sunset Ridge MX. Ronnie Higgerson earned the overall win in the Pro-Am class followed by William “Duck” Lloyd and Alex Woskob.
BCS Performance / Can-Am's Ronnie Higgerson earned his second overall win of 2014 at Sunset Ridge MX. Despite finishing sixth in Moto 1, the Can-Am DS450 mounted racer charged ahead in Moto 2 to earn the win by over four seconds.

“It always feels good to take a win. Everything went well for me in that second moto, and my Can-Am was running great!” said Higgerson.
Duck Lloyd earned his best finish this season at Sunset Ridge MX. Lloyd went 5-3 to earn second overall. Lloyd second place finished boosted him in the points to fifth.

“It was an awesome weekend. It felt great to be on the box in Pro-Am and earning the win in Open A just topped everything off. I couldn’t be more excited with how it went. My JB Racing Can-Am was dialed in and everything felt awesome,” regarded Lloyd.
Rounding out the Pro-Am Motocross podium in third was ATV Motocross Rookie Alex Woskob. After storming onto the ATV Motocross Racing Series just this year, Alex Woskob landed on the Pro-Am podium his first race at the season opener. Just four rounds in, Woskob has earned his second podium appearance this season on his Natalie Experience Honda 450R.

Root River Racing’s Sam Rowe earned his second consecutive win in the 450A Class at Sunset Ridge MX. Rowe had a great showing at round 4 grabbing both moto holeshots and capturing the win in each moto to earn the overall podium. Rowe Currently leads the 450A Class by just one point over second place of Dylan Tremellen.
