Pro 4x4 ATV Race Report
::Continued::
Daniel Prindle and Haedyn Mickelson teamed up
with Jason Watt to compete in the Pro 4x4 event.
Though a completely different racing discipline
for Mickelson, but he was up for the challenge.

Jason
Watt's JW Builder's team secured the final
spot on the podium |
“This was only my second time racing a utility
quad,” said Mickelson. “I did it last year with
Jason Watt in a sport quad. He decided to switch
to utility this year and brought me onto the team.
It was a little rough for me. We broke a steering
stem and dropped to fourth. I hit a tree and broke
a wheel. Finishing third is an accomplishment.”

Pro-Am
ATV Motocross Racer, Haedyn Mickelson, tested
out his skills on the Can-Am Renegade at
the GBC Heartland Challenge |
Prindle, who won the 2015 Iowa Series Championship,
just joined the team three weeks ago. He tried
to run consistent laps, which paid off with the
third-place finish.
“Jason gave me a call and I decided to hop in
with him because he’s a really good guy,” said
Prindle. “I was just trying to stay consistent.
The Heartland Challenge is awesome. It was neat
and fun time to hang out with some good people
and watch some great racing. The track was really
nice during the day, but it got rough as it got
dark.”
