WORCS Racing Buffalo Bill's ATV Race Report
::Continued::
Ryan Waldo had a strong race and was running in the top five early in the race. Waldo worked his way up to third and caught a bit of a break late in the race when Mike Sloan had issues and Waldo inherited the number two spot, where he would finish his race.

Matt Hancock was in dead last off the start after he had trouble getting his quad to fire. Hancock did not want to end his season at the back of the pack and charged his way through traffic and took the number three spot on the podium. Hancock’s charge helped him to finish second in series points.

“I think I flooded my quad on the start so I was in the back off the start. I just put my head down and I worked up to third, so I am pretty happy with that. I finished second in points and I am stoked about that as well,” said Hancock.

Mike Sloan was looking good off the start and was leading for the first few laps, but fell back to second after a battle with David Flores. Sloan was staying close and looked as if he would finish on the podium, but he encountered issues late in the race and ended his day with a fourth place finish, which was just enough for Sloan to edge out Hancock for the Pro-Am Championship by just one point.

Although Mike Sloan finished fourth at the final round, it was enough to edge out Matt Hancock by one point to earn the 2014 WORCS Racing Pro-Am Championship

Congratulations go out to the 2014 WORCS series champions and hope to see everyone return in 2015, where the first round of the series will be held on January 16-18th at Honolulu Hills in Taft, CA.
