i was just talking with ssracingny (mike) on AIM and we were talking about this, mine would have to be autumn because of the trails...covered with leaves..its so perfect and the temp is perfect IMO

Fall/autumn...especially racing. Its a bit chilly out but not freezing....not sure why but it just seems more fun in the fall....

Summer and fall are the best riding seasons imo, Winter is also an awsome time, if u have utility quads ofcourse, once the trails get packed down winter riding is so much fun, fast & smooth. Plus Riding on the lake is great.

Spring is the worst season to ride in, to wet for my likings, to much rain :cuss:

see i really dont like winter unless its hard as a rock, i hate wasting half my time trying to get unstuck:mad:

spring riding is only fun with a junker quad because im to lazy to wash quads (unless its the 450 or ex of course:blah: )

summer it usually is to dry..around here at least but its still an awesome time

i have to sasy fall because of the cool weather and the trails, yes i already said that but i just thought i would post all of my reasons

I like fall too. But this year it seems like it's gonna be too cold. Winter is fun too, but like someone else said only when the snow is right. I like it when the snow mealts and theres a thin layer of ice, just enought to hold up the quad, and about 4 inches of snow on top of that. So much fun.

fall because i love the cool but not fridgid days, perfect temp to ride mx and stay cool, and winter because riding the freshly coated roads is a blast and you make alot of money in the snow for new parts

Fall/spring for me. In summer it gets really dusty and hot. I'm sure which i hate worse mud or dust i'm thinking dust because in mud you can at least see where your going to a degree. Winter sucks, i've tried riding in the winter and hated it everytime so since last year it becomes tear down season.

Well seeing as though I just got my quad this summer I have only ridden in lets see, 1 season so far. Although today I got my first taste of some fall riding. It was really nippy out and I was wearing 3 short sleeve shirts because I didn't have a long sleeve shirt that I could wear ( We were at my house in Pennsylvania) and I was getting goosebumps.

i like this time of year or early summer (may-june) i like all of the season excpet early spring when its snowy and wet and pretty cold....i dont mind late fall as much but i still dont like it winter is good to relax and stuff work on the quad...but i hate the cold and snow...

well summer is unbearable here, fall still is in the 80s a lot, winter weather usually sux bc it rains and stuff, and spring gets hot fast........ so no matter when i ride, im usually dying of heat stroke

fall because the air is so crisp and cool but not cold enough were your freezin you butt off. plus its not all sloppy like the spring time and your not sweatin like a hog like in the summer (fall is actually my fave season of the year too). plus i think my fave part of the fall is riding home at night with leaves all over the trails and they are flying everywhere...makes me feel like batman in the first batman movie lol

In Florida there are two seasons, hot and hotter, I like riding in hotter better, because the tracks are empty.

Fall is the best. I'm anxious to go riding/camping real soon. It'll be cool riding in the day and nice setting by the campfire on a cool night.

But I like the fall, it is cooler on the tracks. The bikes run better and I can ride longer with it not being -10 or 95 out.

imho the winter-spring transition time is the absolute best!

back when i use to ride alot, that was my favorite time. go up through the hills and trails where 90% of the place is dry and summerish but once you get into higher elevations you'd start hitting melting snow banks to go over

I'd say fall, If you guys saw my back yard in the summer/spring you guys would say screw riding... All my trails get completely taken over with poison ivey and iche weed, and these other weeds that reach 7 foot tall. Oh yeah, a little but of a misquieto problem.... haha, stop for more than 2 secs and you have 15 bug bites. I live by a pond and the MN river so thats why theres so many bugs and weeds.-darren

anytime is a good time to ride! but i really love to ride in the fall. it is the perfect condition for just riding all day non-stop. in the summer you always have to go back to the truck and take a break and drink some water or whatever you drink:rolleyes: because it is so f-in hot. also the tracks seem to be alittle better in the fall, not so dusty and hard packed. i guess the cooler air doesn't let the dirt dry out so fast. and the winter you freeze your nuts off because of the wind chill of doin over 10mph in 20 or less degree weather. well some of you may say 20 that ain't so bad but here it is because the humidity is so high. sometimes i believe the humidity is like 200%. so when it is hot out, it is suffacating and when it is cold it is ball freezing, a tit bit nipple out here, i wish it was alittle bit hooter. but hell i love to ride, so anytime, anywhere and i'm there! - chris

i like late fall when there is about 1 foot of snow up top of the mountians and its dry down in the valley any way you go up there and theres just enuff snow to have alot of fun but not to much that you get stuck all the time. feels nice when your hands and feet are frozin (sp) and as you go down the hill it starts getting warmer feels so good;)
