Bent my 400ex steering stem. I'm gonna replace it with an aftermarket one. The only problem is: which one to buy. Let me know what you guys are running, and how you like it. I'm thinking about a Roll Designs stem. I've heard that Lonestar frames crack. Do their stems crack too? Any info will be helpful. THANKS!!!

I have an Arens steering stem, anti-vibration, its 1" taller than stock, and made from chromoly?. I remember the price was right compared to others.
If I was to ever buy one again, I would look for one made out of aircraft grade 7049 T-6 Aluminum.
, don't know if anyone even makes a stem out of that material, but as far as the Arens chromoly, it seems weak. I paid 290$+, and it bent the first time I went rubber side up:grr
