what kind of cameras do ya all use? i use a samsung and its a piece of ****! probaly cuz its one of the cheeper ones. i need to get a kodac

For film I use a Fuji 35mm. My digital is a Canon Powershot S30.

i have a casio exilim z55, it has 5.0 mega pixels and 3x optial zoom and over a 400 picture battery life

it is by far the best camera i've ever had, i've never run out of battery while using it, and never run out of storage, either pictures or movies (265mb memory card)

i use my pda. a Ipaq rx3715 with a 1.2 megapixel and 4x optical zoom.. its gets the job done 1gb of memory

So whats the best bang for the buck??? Ive heard nothing but good about the Canon Rebel. I want instant on the button, no delays, something good for indoor racing and speed shots

Can you change your ISO settings on the cybershot? that would allow you a faster shutter speed indoors?

I had some extra cash and picked up a Canon EOS 20D 8.2 megapixel SLR talk about clear pictures and great video footage out of a camera but the pice tag is steep.

I have tired EVERY setting that Camera has, which isnt enough...:ermm:



It started out a good camera, but I ended up reaplcing it with TWO more cameras in a two year period because they were unfixable(warrenty) it finally took antoher digger this summer less than a year after the replacement, Sand was to blame this time. I took close to 3000 pic with the camera, but I bet I only got MAYBE 1000 "GOOD" pics with it . I suggest anyone who plans on spending the money for a good camera or even a decent one, get a GOOD WARRENTY as well and do your camera cleanings , had I not bought a warrenty, my camera would have been gone the first two months of use.

i just got a cannon powershot g6 7.1 mega pixel about a month ago, it takes awsome pix but i still dont like the fact that there is a slight delay when you take a picture.not as bad as the cybershot but its still there.i had an old sony mavica that was real fast but had like a 1.2 mega pixel.
the delay makes it hard to get real close action pictures, i end up missing the subject.
the good part is it has such a high mega pixel that i can crop the picture and its still so clear.
maybe im just not taking the pictures in the right mode?????
if and one has any suggestions please let me know.

Yeah, I love mine. That and put any final touches on it with CS2, makes for awesome pics.

You need a key to start that thing?

I'm using a Fuji Finepix F10. Really nice point and shoot, which is good cause I'm not too swift with a camera.

I just got the new Canon S2 IS 5.1 megs

This thing is SWEET! It'll do everything and more
It'll even do small movies. One of the first cameras to record in stereo

Here are some samples that I thought turned out pretty good. They all look alot clearer when they are normal size, they are shrunk down quite abit

Also, what Zooms do they have to offer?? good prices?? I wont settle for less than instant on the buttom ever again but a Grand is alot for us right now with winter racing coming up soon. :ermm:
