I have a late 1999 400EX frame, front and rear, no rust, never raced or jumped hard (orig. owner) located in Phoenix AZ area
the left lower A arm front mount is pushed up about 3/4",
bumper mounts bent about the same, damage is from impact to a large rock
I bought a good used frame even though two fabricators/welders say it is repairable, they say aprox. 1.5 hour repair (it has been measured up at all critical points and only allignment problem is the lower left A arm front mounting point
rather sell or trade for some good paddle tires to a local Phoenix area rider, or shipping comes to about $50 in lower 48 states
asking $150, perfect for a builder
