With exception to weight, noise, and looks, is there any reason not to remove the spark arrester (oh yea, and sparkes/fire) from the STOCK muffler? Will this cause any problems? I know i may have to rejet.
Thanks
Matt

Nevermind. I did a search of old threads and got my answer. What an excellent resource to have. Thanks anyway.
P.S. I think it doesnt really hurt anything, nor does it help anything. But my bolts are already broken off, so i think i will have to live with it for awhile.

IF u kepp it in it will have more backpresure which will increase tourque/bottom-end.If u take it out it will make more of a free flow to increse top speed/top-end.
