What should i do because my back break is locked up? please help

loosen up ur bleeder screw to relieve the pressure and start fresh.

There is a nipple like thing on the caliper that has a plastic cover on it. Remove the cover, hold the lever down, loosen it then tighten it before letting up on the lever.
Doubt this will help though. I bet the caliper piston is siezed.
Something I forgot to ask... does the pedal move?

Remove it, clean up the shaft and the hole it came out of, put some grease on it then reassemble.
It may or may not be very difficult to remove the pedal...
Use liberal amounts of penetrating oil, work the pedal up and down as far as possible. If possible use some sort of lever to apply outward pressure on the shaft/pedal. Have patience, it'll come out eventually. Took a couple of days to get mine out but I took my time;)
Once everything is back together make sure the caliper piston is moving properly.
