You have a bear, a deer, an apple and a boat and you need to cross the river.
you can't leave the deer with the bear and you can't leave the deer with the apple.
also you can only take 1 across at a time, how do you get them all across?

Put the bear in the boat, throw the apple across the river then take the bear across and come back and get the deer.

bring the deer across, then go back and pick up the bear, bring it across. When you drop the bear off you pick the deer back up and carry him back to the other side. When you drop the deer off, you pick up the apple and bring it to the side with the bear. Then you go back and get the deer. :eek2:
