there is a little engine shop by me, best peformance, that made an engine liek that....450r bottom end, and a polaris indy cylinder, they use some kind of custom made big expansion chamber pipe..im not sure on the heads, but they have the trany equiped with an air shifter and and use it for sand drags.... ive never seen it run, but the guy that owns it says it rips

A 4 stroke bottom end with a 2 stroke top end? wierd

i think that polanda is pretty sweet thought, maybe a little too much $$$ I would give 1800 for it tops, just because parts would be hard to find

all the shock items are off a trx250r and all the motor and plastic are off the polaris... i though it was kinda neat... i have a big boss 400l and for a 6x6 its got a really stong hit! so i think a build sport motor would be crazy in that... too bad its not a 4x4 that would be sweet for a woods bike!

i gotta say its a bit steep as well..

ya these guys have there own machine shop and daylight as machinists....so they like to experiment with some crazy stuff...so far they've done two of them

the first pit bikes were made with a cr85 and it was a 150 4 stroke they built their own crank and cylinder and head and valves and all that... alot of work but they had all the things they need to make it!

in some cases i think the 400L motor would be a good motor and its a auto and you dont have to shift and stuff but on the other hand i dont know how well this handles... mabie its wicked fast like no tomorrow... in a way it would be just like a polanda....
