i was just wondering if anyone knows what we are suppossed to torque the header bolts that hold the header to the head down too on a 400ex? thanks

are you talking about the very top cover for the valves or the four bolts for the head?
I think he's talking about the bolting the header pipe to the head.
Clymer doesn't have torque specs for it:confused:
Just tighten them enough so the pipe doesn't leak.

it doesnt give a TQ in the manual. it says tighten the header pipe nuts first then tighten the rest of the the system.
