I just removed my choke plate last week and my quad still starts great without it. But next winter, i will have to get my pilot circuit richer to start the quad right? What happend after the starts, it will continue to run too rich at low rpm/throtle (Like running on the choke) ?
.. and if my pilot screw is not completly unturned with the stock pilot jet (38), whats the benefits of getting a bigger one (like 40 or 42) ?
pj38 ~2 3/4 turns
VS
pj42 ~1 3/4 turns :huh
I have a stock 400ex except for k&n air filter, dynojets and exhaust(slipon). Still have the air box lid.
oh, an other question for you guys, should i get more power with holes on my lid (like 5x1') or the lid completly removed or leaving the lid as it?
