Las Vegas, NV (11/22/2016) - With
championships in the books across nearly all
disciplines of ATV racing, one thing remains
true: Champions are choosing Goldspeed Products
line of tires and wheels. To stay at their
competitive best, championship winners Chad
Wienen, Walker Fowler, Greg Covert, Kevin
Cunningham, Brad Riley, and Colt Brinkerhoff
have selected Goldspeed to keep them at their
competitive best.
Wienen earned his fifth consecutive championship
in the AMA ATV Motocross National Championship.
The Galena, IL native relied on Goldspeed’s
lightweight and competitive advantage to win
four races this season, as well as recording
eight runner-up finishes.

Fowler won his second straight GNCC XC1 Pro
ATV Championship on the merit of seven victories
and five additional podiums. Fowler switched
to Goldspeed wheels this season and didn’t
look back.

“We accomplished the ultimate goal this year,”
said Fowler. “Just about every champion on
the East Coast is a Goldspeed rider. They
have an impressive resume and the results
speak for themselves. We bolted them on and
went out and won.”
Covert took the GNCC XC2 Pro Am championship
in his rookie year. He won three races this
year and scored five additional podiums.

“We hooked up with Goldspeed about three-quarters
of the way through the season,” explained
Covert. “It was a big change and it definitely
worked out for the best. I won in my first
race on them. We have good forward momentum
going into next year, and we’re looking for
two in a row.”
Cunningham won the GNCC 4X4 Pro Championship
in his first full season of national competition.
Cunningham won four races this season and
recorded seven additional podiums.
“The Goldspeed tires hooked up perfectly
all year,” said Cunningham. “This is our first
full year even running nationals, and we accomplished
what we wanted to. Coming into the season,
we didn’t expect to do what we did.”

Riley won both the Pro and Pro Am Unlimited
Championships in the New East Extreme Dirt
Track Series. He won three races in Pro and
two Pro-Am events.

“Goldspeed makes really good wheels,” said
Riley. “They just work. I’ve been with them
for several years now. They are just a great
group of people to work with and I don’t plan
on switching.”
Brinkerhoff also brought home the National
Hare and Hound Pro Championship with Goldspeed,
and there were also numerous amateur champions
around the country including Troy Hill who
claimed two championships in the AMA ATV Motocross
Nationals.
