JB Racing’s Jeffrey Rastrelli Top Three at Soaring Eagle
Jeffrey Rastrelli Round 12 Pro ATV Motocross Report

East Springfield, PA (9/13/2016) - JB Racing’s Jeffrey Rastrelli finished the season strong with a third place finish at the twelfth and final round of the 2016 AMA ATV Pro Motocross National Championship at the Soaring Eagle Resort and Casino in Mt. Pleasant, MI. Rastrelli also finished the series points in third place.

Rastrelli came into the twelfth round full of confidence as he took the win at this event last year. “I was hoping to do that this year, but Joel and Chad were riding really good and I just didn’t have anything for them starting in the back, so I am happy with how it went,” explained Rastrelli.

Rastrelli did not have the starts he was looking for, but put his head down and charged through the pack both motos. “The holeshots weren’t the best all day, but I was able to pull through the pack,” said Rastrelli, who ended up with second in moto one and third in moto two.

Rastrelli’s JB Racing Honda set up was key to his success. “It was an overall good weekend. Everything was working really well. The Honda was awesome and all the components were great,” stated Rastrelli.

Rastrelli proved to everyone this season he has what it takes to run with the top riders and be a true title contender. “The season was a little rough at first with having some illnesses, but it turned around the last four or five races. It was definitely a good season for me, the best I have ever had. We will continue to progress from here.”

Rastrelli will continue to train this offseason to keep the momentum rolling into 2017, and come back fighting for the national championship title.
