Krcelich and Henry are embroiled in a tight fight for second in points. The two came out of this event just two points apart with one race left in the season. Krcelich’s second-place finish equaled his best effort of the season. He overcame the slick conditions to net the runner-up slot.
“I knew that both of the guys ahead of me in points were behind me,” said Krcelich. “John Henry and I are two points apart, so my goal is try to come out of the points in second. The track was really slick in the woods. The RT Pro stuff worked flawlessly. I have zero complaints.”

Henry was frustrated by the one-line nature of the track. He beat and banged his way to third. He credited his RT Pro parts for keeping his ride in one piece,
“I made it up to second going into the woods, but there were very few places to pass,” explained Henry. “I got aggressive toward the end, but we just ran out of time. I can’t be disappointed with third place. The RT Pro stuff held up great. We were really going at it and at one point I hit pretty hard. I slid into a tree and I thought that was it. I backed off and the car was perfectly fine. The car definitely took a beating.”

Bogdan’s best career finish in XC1 came in a new Polaris that features RT Pro parts. He said his setup was perfect for conditions that started out slick and tacked up toward the end.
“I was a little nervous with all of the rain,” said Bogdan. “Toward the afternoon, the sun came out, and it got tacky. I had the perfect setup and the perfect car for this race. RT Pro suspension was amazing. It soaked everything up. Having the right setup and the right parts were key this weekend.”
The RT Pro brigade will finish out the GNCC season October 29-30 for the season finale at Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, OH.
