Kids need
proper nourishment. What could be better
for them than a huge serving of dirt, sand
and a handful of RPMs? Presenting the all-new
150 4x2 with a T-14 rider rating suitable
as a transitional model ready for riders
14yrs and older. It may be smaller in stature,
but the ride, handling and performance are
nothing short of phenomenal.
Arctic
Cat 150 4x2 ATV Shift Level
The 150 4x2 packs a whole
lot of bang for the buck. The engine is
a potent 149cc, SOHC 4-stroke, single-cylinder,
air cooled mill for consistent cooling.
Power is fed through a fully automatic CVT
transmission with Forward, Neutral and Reverse.
All that power is soaked
up by adjustable five position preload front
shocks with 3.5” of suspension travel.
A swingarm rear single shock with adjustable
preload also has 3.5” of suspension
travel for different size riders, weights
and riding styles. Front drum brakes with
rear Hydraulic disk brakes provide positive,
self-cleaning stopping power in all conditions
with zero adjustment.
“Cat Eye” headlights
and bold grille bodywork resemble that of
the big-bore FIS ATVs, while a digital instrument
pod displays speedometer, odometer, trip
meter, digital clock, coolant temperature,
fuel gauge and indicator lights for neutral,
reverse and high beam lights.
Functional racks on the
4x2 model have a 25lb. front capacity and
50lb. rear rack capacity.
Other safety features include
a governed top speed of 20mph set from the
factory. As your rider progresses in skill
so can the speed; upwards of 30mph.
The Arctic Cat 150 4x2
provides the exact kind of sustenance a
kid 14+ years old needs on a regular basis.
