- When RANGER RZR was introduced last
year, PURE Polaris introduced an extensive accessory
line for the hot side by side. For 2009, RANGER
RZR and RANGER RZR S owners have even more options
to enhance the performance and style of their
vehicles.
To add to its body and underbody
protection offerings for RANGER RZR and RANGER
RZR S, PURE Polaris is offering a new bumper
system, fender flairs and full underbody protection.
Modeled after the current Pre-Runner
Bumper System, the new Aluminum Bumper System
is finished in brush aluminum and features a
fresh look. Bumpers are available for both front
and rear of the vehicle, with the rear bumper
not available for RANGER RZR S.

Along with the new bumpers, PURE
Polaris is offering Extreme front and rear fender
protectors. Along with giving RANGER RZR and
RANGER RZR S a tough look, the powder-coated,
tube steel protectors provide protection from
brush and rocks.
For the serious off-road rider,
a full under body protection system is being
offered. The system includes front and rear
A-arm guards (not available for RANGER RZR S),
rear differential bash plate and an aluminum
skid plate that helps protect the underbody
from extreme terrain encountered by thrill seekers.
RANGER RZR and RANGER RZR S owners with a FMF
slip-on exhaust can up their horsepower at notch
with the addition of a compatible header pipe.
The header adds one horsepower across the performance
band making RANGER RZR and RANGER RZR S really
scream.

New box accessories include a Cargo Box Gear
Net, available for RANGER RZR and RANGER RZR
S, that keeps box contents secure and a Lock
& Ride Bed Extender, for the RANGER RZR,
which provides an economical way to increase
the volume of the rear box in with the rear
bumper. Along with the box products, PURE also
is adding a lockable, under-dash glove box for
in-cab storage for both units. The box installs
under the passenger-side dash and has a capacity
of about 600 cubic inches.
To increase traction in challenging
terrain such as mud, rocks and snow, PURE Polaris
is offering a RANGER mounting kit for the Prospector
Pro All-Season Track Kits. The tracks are perfect
for utility applications such as plowing snow,
or for extreme recreational riding that includes
rock crawling and mud.
