Vechery Racing’s Tim Dettling Suffers Season Ending Injury

Morgantown, WV (5/17/2013) - After a tremendous start to the season
Vechery Racing’s Pro and Pro-Am rider Tim Dettling suffered a broken femur,
hip and pelvis this past weekend in the first moto of pro racing at round 4
of the series. At 9:00pm EST Saturday, Dettling completed 3 hours of
surgery that included a rod in his femur as well as numerous screws in his
hip and femur. Tim is now home and resting comfortably.
Vechery Racing and

Vechery Racing was established in 2007 by Scott and Gloria Vechery to
support their son Scottie in his passion for ATV racing. Due to numerous
injuries suffered in 2012, Scottie has decided to take a reduced riding
role in 2013 which left an opening in the program. For 2013 the Vechery’s
have brought on Pro-Am veteran and 2010 450A champion Tim Dettling to carry
