                                  Moto Win for Vechery RacingAMA
ATV Motocross - Round 6 - Birch Creek - Danville,
                                  VA - June 9, 2013
 Morgantown, WV (6/14/2013)
                                - After missing the last race in Illinois due
to Tim Dettling’s injury, Vechery Racing
returned to action at the sixth round of the series
with fill in rider Tyler Hamrick. Hamrick, who
currently sits 11th in AMA Pro ATV Standings was
asked by Vechery Racing to fill in on the vacant
Pro-Am ATV while Dettling continues to recover
from injuries sustained at the fourth round of
the series. In first moto action Hamrick rocketed off the
line on the Hetrick powered Honda only to get
bogged down on the soft dirt on the outside of
the hole shot. “I got a great jump off the
line, but with my outside gate pick I hit some
of the soft wet dirt and had to settle in from
there.” Stated Hamrick after moto one. Tyler
would continue to push his way up to 8th place
until his foot was caught up in the heel guard
netting. After pulling over and freeing himself,
Tyler charged from 15th back to 7th as the checkers
waved. Tyler’s AMA Pro ATV experience would pay
off in the second moto as the quick turnaround
between motos would take its toll on many of the
riders. After coming in 4th after the first lap,
Hamrick would ride smart and consistent for the
whole race and would grab the lead on the last
lap and take it to the checkered flag. The 7 –
1 score would give Hamrick a 4th overall and also
give Vechery racing their 3rd moto win out of
six Pro-Am motos contested this year. Vechery Racing and their sponsors hope to see
as many racing friends and families as possible
at the June 22nd Ohio Crew event at Braircliff
MX in Nashport, Ohio. There will be a dinner,
freestyle show by JR Hinds, Open practice and
a benefit auction for rider Tim Dettling featuring
many of the parts that can be found on the Vechery’s
Pro and Pro-Am ATVs. About Vechery RacingVechery Racing was established in 2007 by Scott and Gloria Vechery to
support their son Scottie in his passion for ATV racing. Due to numerous
injuries suffered in 2012, Scottie has decided to take a reduced riding
role in 2013 which left an opening in the program. For 2013 the Vechery’s
have brought on Pro-Am veteran and 2010 450A champion Tim Dettling to carry
the flag for their race team. The Vechery’s would like to thank their
