Kemp, TX (9/18/2013) - Casey Martin has received his invitation and is honored to accept the invitation to the 2013 ATV PRO Challenge in memory of Caleb Moore. This prestigious event will take place at the Underground MX Park located in Kemp, TX on October 4-6, 2013.
Martin has a special interest in participating in this event. Being a long time friend of Caleb Moore and his family, Martin’s goal is to make this his best finish for the year in Caleb’s memory. Casey Martin on his #75 Honda, has devoted the entire race season to the memory of Caleb Moore. This particular race will be another step in honoring a friend.
The ATV PRO Challenge in itself is already slated to be one of the greatest ATV events to date and hopefully will set new and higher standards for all future racing events. The schedule calls for a whole weekend of exciting racing with not only the PRO ATV’s racing, but also UTV racing, Utility racing and amateur racing as well. There is also a freestyle show and concert scheduled.
Martin’s season leading up to this event, was with the Mt. Dew ATV MX AMA PRO National Championship. In 2013, Martin raced all ten events on the schedule. This was his first full year of racing in the PRO class. Martin’s rookie year consisted of ten top ten moto’s and six top ten overall finishes, accompanied with four dnf’s which cost some valuable positions but accomplished an 11th place overall for the championship season.
