11/10/92 - 1/29/14

Baltimore, MD (1/31/2014) - It is with the heaviest of hearts and deepest of sorrows that we announce the passing of Patrick McGuire Jr. Known by those close to him as “LP,” Patrick left this world on January 29th, 2014, but he will never be forgotten. He is survived by his Father, Mother, and countless friends and loved ones.

Patrick was a strong competitor, and he and his father spent many years on the GNCC ATV circuit leaving impressions and forging friendships. LP grew up in this racing family, and we all watched him grow from a little boy in the Youth classes to a young man at the top of the sport. All of us were proud of him when he earned the 2012 XC2 Pro Am GNCC and AWRCS Championships! Patrick worked hard in the 2013 season to earn the GNCC Pro Am #2 plate and successfully defend his AWRCS Grand Champion Title. Through his racing success, LP always remained very humble and down to earth.

Throughout his racing career and his entire life, Patrick was driven by the sport he loved and his passion for life. Through triumphs and hardships, highs and lows, we never stopped believing in him. This pride in his life will go on and never cease. To those he touched and left behind, LP will always be #1 to us!
