BCS Performance Announces KFX450 ATV Air System With 6 HP Gain

Belle Vernon, PA (1/7/2008) – BCS Performance has been testing and performaing R&D test for months, and we have designed an air intake system for the Kawasaki KFX450R ATV that produces over 6 Peak horespower just bolting it on.

The stock H.P. curve made horsepower until about 8,500 RPM's and then lost power until 10,200 R P M's. The loss in power was about 6 H.P. by the time you hit redline. With the new BCS intake system the Kawasaki KFX450 will continue to make power util about 9,500 RPM but not drop off dramatically. All test were performed with stock exhaust.

BCS Performance complete air intake system is producing 6 more H.P. at peak and over 7 H.P. more at 10,000 RPM and revs to 10,800. The power gains will be substantial with an aftermarket exhaust bolted on.
