BCS Performance High Point ATV Motocross Race Report
Josh Creamer Earns Top Five at High Point ATV Pro Motocross

West Springfield, MA (5/21/2014) - BCS Performance’s Josh Creamer claimed a pair of fourth place moto finishes for fourth overall at round number three of the 2014 AMA ATV Motocross Championships at High Point Raceway, while Pro-am points leader Ronnie Higgerson finished second in Pro-am and just outside of the top five in the Pro class.

Heavy rains drenched the area in MT. Morris, PA in the days leading up to round three, but luckily the skies cleared and the track dried out, making conditions good, but a little on the chilly side for Saturday’s Pro main event.

In the first Pro moto, Josh Creamer got off to a good start and was in the number three spot. Creamer came under pressure, but held his ground for several laps before falling back to fourth. Creamer stayed close to the leaders and claimed a fourth place finish with almost a ten second lead over fifth place. “I was battling with Joel Hetrick, but he was able to slip by me and that put me in fourth,” said Creamer.

In the second moto, Creamer took on fourth place early in the moto and stayed close to the leaders once again. Creamer rode unchallenged for the entire moto and crossed the finish line in fourth, giving him a solid fourth overall. “It was a pretty single lined track which made it was a little tough to pass, but BCS did an awesome job on the Can-am’s and I am going to go put in a lot of practice before round four so I can make it on the podium,” said Creamer.

Ronnie Higgerson had good results in the Pro moto, despite a bad start in moto one. Higgerson never gave up and charged his way from the back of the pack to a tenth place finish. Higgerson had a better second moto and claimed a sixth place finish, giving him sixth overall for the day. “I had a pretty good race. BCS had the Can-am’s ripping out there. I had my best finish so far this year and I hope to finish even better at the next round,” said Higgerson.

In the Pro-am class, Higgerson was looking fast and smooth. Higgerson had a top five start and soon worked his way into second. He was catching the leader, but ran out of time before he could make a move. For moto two, he was in fourth off the start and rode that position to the checkered flag, giving him second overall for the day. “It went pretty well for me. I was on the podium and I still have the Pro-am points lead,” said Higgerson.
