                                Snowshoe, WV (6/30/2009) -As most
of you know Snow Shoe is by far my favorite track.
It is very similar to the terrain of my practice
track and is also the track that’s closest
to home for me. I have had a great deal of success
at this track over the last three years and I felt
with all of the hard work we have put in lately
this year would be no different.

                                       Jerime Dudding
finished first in the U2 class and came
in second overall | My confidence level was huge and I was ready
to tackle the toughest track of the year. We arrived
late Thursday night well really Friday morning
and drug ourselves out of bed early to walk the
track on Friday. At a track like Snow Shoe walking
the track can prove extremely valuable. Although
walking the 10 miles up and down the mountain
side isn’t exactly a walk in the park its
well worth the time and effort. It took us over
5 hours to walk the track and we didn’t
even finish the last section. During the race
I was very glad I had put the time in though. I started in the 13th row in the unique GP style
start. At the drop of the flag and going into
the first turn I had the lead. I was on a mission.
I had plans of passing everyone I could possibly
get around on the first lap so that I could make
my own lines when the bottle necks came, and boy
did they come. Soon after the beginning of the
second lap I had the class lead and didn’t
plan on giving it up. Before the race fellow Can-am racer Michael Swift
and I had a plan to hook up and roll to the overall
podium together. Oddly enough that worked. KINDA……
About halfway through the 2nd lap Swift and I
started pushing each other pretty good. Well that
was until the bottlenecks. He went one way and
I went another and well I went the wrong way.
? I watched him go out of site as I set behind
                                a group of riders.
Its hard to explain how huge these bottlenecks
can get. You will come around a turn and be looking
at 30 atv’s piled on each others bumpers.
Usually at a normal race I can take my Can-am
Renegade 800R X XC through the woods around a
bottleneck never missing a beat. Well not so much
at Snow Shoe. Leaving the track at Snow Shoe can
easily cost you the race. The two times I did
other racers saved the day by helping me through.
One time by rolling the quad off of me, but that’s
all in a days work at Snow Shoe.

                                        XC
 | The third lap flew by with no issues and I was
rolling. I passed other riders with ease and new
I was running close to the front. That was until
the last lap. Wow! Lap 4 was a disaster, I set in bottlenecks
for minutes with my goggles off talking to people,
I rolled my Renegade, I almost got stuck on a
rock wall. Thank goodness for my Super Grip Super
Lite tires and extremely tough Hiper Sidewinder
12in bead locks. After all the mess of lap 4, I still managed
to roll across the finish line with a win and
a 2nd overall finish behind Swift. It was a good
day and I finally feel like I am getting back
to my old ways. The Renegade is working so good thanks to all
my sponsors. Its really amazing how everything
works together. From my Spider grips, Flexx Bars,
and Powermadd keeping my hands and arms safe and
feeling great, working with the AWESOME Hygear
Suspension, Bopp front end. I feel like I can
hit anything on the track wide open. Just in case
though, DP slows the train down. When you combine that with tons of power out
of the 800R/LTE racing power plant its hard to
beat. Congratulations to Michael Swift for locking
up the Championship in 4x4 limited and staying
undefeated on the season. I look forward to Unadilla after the break. I
will be working hard to keep improving. See yall at the locals until then…. Dudding Racing Team Sponsors: Can Am X Team, Can-Am BRP, Swampfox Motorsports,
