(5/18/2009) -The following product safety recall was voluntarily conducted by the firm in cooperation with the CPSC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately unless otherwise instructed. Product Involved: Fushin ATVs

Distributor: Fushin USA LLC, of Dallas, Texas

Hazard: These ATVs lack front brakes, a tire pressure gauge, and padding to cover the sharp edges on the handlebar assembly, which could pose a risk of injury to young riders.

Incidents/Injuries: None reported.

Description: This recall involves FXSA 002A-90cc. The size 90cc youth ATV comes in a variety of colors such as black, red, blue, yellow, green, pink, tan camo, blue camo, army camo, green camo leaf camo, pink camo and yellow/black.

Sold by: Fushin dealerships and online nationwide from October 2005 through May 2006 for between $250 and $350.

Manufactured in: China

Remedy: Consumers should stop using them immediately and contact their local dealer to schedule a free repair. Registered owners have been notified about this recall by mail.
