The Ultimate ATV Experience gears up for Wittenberg Offroad Raceway

Menasha, WI (6/12/2007) – The Ultimate ATV Experience Series is shifting gears as all three disciplines; Ultimate Quad MX, Ultimate Dirt Drags and Ultimate Mud Bogs are about to converge on the Wittenberg Offroad Raceway on June 23rd. This marks the first of four dates that all three disciplines will meet up on the same day/weekend in 2007. The Wittenberg Offroad Raceway has been undergoing a slight make-over with the construction of the dirt drag strip and the mud bog pit. Should be a GREAT event with something for everyone that enjoys ATVing. Complete weekend details available at www.fantasymoto.com

Products will be on display from many series sponsors: Janssen Motorsports, Max-Power RPMs, Engine Ice, Answer, MSR, Pro-taper, Fox Valley ATV Accessories, ITP and more.

No matter where you are coming from for the big weekend make sure you gas up in Wittenberg – now usually this would be a shameless plug by the promoter to help impact the local economy, but that is not the case this time. Competition at area stations in Wittenberg consistently keeps the price of gasoline 10 to 30 cents per gallon cheaper than anywhere else in the state. This is no joke, last week while other stations were in the $3.25 range, the Wittenberg station were between $2.99 and $3.10 per gallon!

Dirt Drags Rule Update:
  1. ATV dragsters must have both Front and Rear working breaks.
  2. All Dirt Drag ATV’s – a number of machines were incredibly loud at Round 1 in Big Flats – start working on getting these machines quieted down. You are required to have some type of silencer or muffler – no straight pipes.
  3. NO pit riding! This has been and will continue to be a rule but will be enforced much more strictly.
  4. You MUST pass tech before registering.

On our end:
  1. We are working on the lights – attempting to speed them up/make them work similar to a Pro-tree.
  2. Points for the drag racing are up on the UDDC page at www.fantasymoto.com
  3. Good luck to everyone at the Riverview Series this Saturday and we will see you next weekend at Wittenberg.

Northern Cup Series:
The first double header of the year starts off in Pine Ridge on June 23rd and convoys to Wittenberg on the 24th. Pine Ridge is hosting a fundraiser for injured rider Nathan LaPorte. Everyone is encouraged to bring baked goods and other goodies to sell to help the LaPorte family.

If you attend Pine Ridge on Saturday, keep your wristband and turn it in at the “Rider Supply” trailer on Sunday to be entered into a drawing for a brand new set of Answer gear – ordered to your size and color preference!

Kawasaki Contingency:
Kawasaki is going to allow us to make up the rained out contingency date from Nordic Mountain – we have yet to settle on a date – we’ll let you know soon.

Speaking of Nordic Mountain – check out this link – this photographers finger must be sore – he shot a serious number of photos in 45 minutes. You can also see the demise of the track via rain as practice progressed. It rained for almost three hours after racers vacated the grounds – not a fun day for anyone by any means.
