FMF and the
Media Allstars Team Part Ways
Atlanta, GA (6/1/2006) - After
nearly two complete highly successful GNC MX Seasons,
the Media Allstars ATV Racing team and title sponsor
FMF have decided to part ways. The decision was made
as a result of differences in opinion as to where
and when the team would race, as well as differences
in the two parties opinions of which ATV MX series
to support.
"We're disappointed in the decision,
but we certainly understand where they're coming from,
they (FMF) have been a huge supporter of the GNC series
for years, and I've been pretty outspoken about my
support for the WPSA's new ATV Tour." said team
Manager Jorge Cuartas. "FMF must stay neutral
with all ATV racing as we realize that this is a section
of our business that has, and will always play a huge
role in our marketing, and business plan." States
FMF.
Both parties stand firm that they will
continue to support ATV MX, and the split is being
viewed as nothing more than a difference of opinion.
"We appreciate the support that FMF has provided
us in the last season and a half, and we wish them
all the best in their future endeavors, the timing
is less than ideal, but we'll make it. The future
looks bright for the sport and our team." stated
Cuartas.
In closing, FMF stated " The Media
Allstars team has played a big role in the growth
of FMF in the ATV world and we wish each of the team
members our very best in their continued success".
