Golden West Cycle will be sponsoring 4 teams
for the 2009 season. 14 riders covering every
major series. This is the 4th year golden west
cycle has sponsored the factory Yamaha MX team
and with the release of the all new YFZ450R
everyone is very excited to see what Pat Brown
and Thomas Brown will do in the ATVA MX series.
the GWC/Yamaha/Elka team will also be competing
on the all new YFZ450R in the Yamaha/ITP Quadcross
MX series headed by Jason Dunkelberger.
New for 2009 is the addition of team Motoworks/Can-Am
headed by 2007/2008 time W.O.R.C.S champion
Josh Frederick and Jeremy Lawson. The MCR/Honda
team is also new for 2009 and is a threat to
win in the very competitive W.O.R.C.S off-road
series.
