Lawrence, KS (7/22/2009) - The
2009 racing season has begun where 2008 left
off, with HiPer wheels bringing more riders
home first. HiPer’s carbon fiber Tech
3, Sidewinder, and Dakar wheels superior durability
and acceleration have given the top racers
the winning edge.
The GNCC series continues to be dominated
by HiPer wheels, with all nine rounds falling
to HiPer racers. Chris Borich leads the points
with six wins on the Tech 3 wheel. Bill Ballance,
Bryan Cook, and Taylor Kiser follow Chris
with one win each.
Traci Cecco holds on to the points lead for
the GNCC Women’s class with three wins
from nine starts. HiPer rider Jennifer Albright
holds a career high third in the points.
Brandon Brown, Nick Nelson, and Josh Edwards
led the MotoX Nutrition team to victory in
this year’s Baja 500 with the Tech 3
wheel. The MotoX Nutrition quad finished with
no broken parts, including HiPer wheels.
Diecast Playcars has been making big waves
in the UTV Class 1 of the WORCS series with
a high finish of second. Using the ultra high
performance Dakar 14 inch dual beadlock wheel,
Rudy Ludeke and Diecast are sitting in third
place in the championship points.
HiPer Technology wishes all of our riders
and racers well in the second half of 2009.
With more wheels, more racers, and more wins,
2009 will be another championship year.
