Ohio (4/29/2009) - HMF Engineering
owner Hans Luenger suffered a broken leg while
racing Saturday at Acerbis Loretta Lynn's
GNCC in the 36C Class. Scheduled for surgery
Sunday afternoon in Cleveland, Ohio, Hans
will need plates and screws to repair a compound
fracture of the tibia as well a minor break
in his fibula. HMF Sales Manager, Mike Schoenmeyer
who was also racing the morning class reported
that Hans told him that he was coming down
a hill when he hit a kicker that made him
lose his footing which led to the crash.
