roller cage for the Polaris RZR/RZR-S, 2009 Ranger
XP and Sportsman 800 front differential. Constructed
from aerospace grade aluminum treated with military
spec hard coat anodizing, this precision-machined
cage replaces the stock plastic RZR cage, which
is prone to failure even under normal driving conditions.
What’s more, the new Holz Billet Roller Cage
out-performs other replacement designs thanks to
twice the tensile strength of competitive 6061-T6
aluminum cages.
Going one step further, the Holz Billet Cage
is the only RZR front differential replacement
on the market that comes fully assembled with
new rollers and springs. Competitive designs require
the reuse of stock rollers and springs. Not only
does this create confusion of the proper orientation
of parts when reassembling the cage, but also
the reuse of factory springs is not recommended
as it can stress the springs once again causing
premature failure.
