MAXC Porter's Cave Run Round 2 Weekend Schedule
MAXC Racing - Round 2 - Porter's Cave Run - May 25, 2014
Gosport, IN (5/23/2014) – The MAXC Racing Series will host the second round of the ten round off-road racing series on May 24-25, 2014 in Gosport, IN. After having to reschedule the race from the original date due to the extreme rainfall and flooded parking conditions, the MAXC Racing Series has decided to schedule the event over Memorial Day weekend effectively split the event into a two day format with Bikes racing on Saturday and ATVs on Sunday.
MAXC will be adding an additional drop to the year end points to help accommodate any scheduling problems created by our rescheduling over the Holliday weekend.
Porter’s Cave Run MAXC will feature a nine-mile track that is laid out on some of the best off-road terrain that Indiana has to offer including several elevation changes with a mixture of clay, sandy, and rocky areas. The course will wind its way through thick brushy areas to open wooded areas with a few high-speed field sections. The challenging track will also include the FMF Power Hill, Outerwears Mud Flea Creek and the Unabiker Armored area, which are a must for spectators to check out as these areas will have some of the best racing action-taking place!
