Brea, CA (3/13/2009) - Suzuki recently announced that it is once again able to start selling the 90cc QuadSport youth ATV’s, youth ATV parts, along with 125cc dirt bikes and RM85L dirtbikes that were currently banned under the CPSC’s Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).

Suzuki, along with several other manufacturers, has decided to raise the recommended age limit on their youth sized products, in order to avoid the costly and time consuming testing that would be required of all their machines and parts destined for the 12 years and under crowd, and get their products back on the showroom floor.

“We simply did what other manufacturers are doing by raising the age limit. Several of our youth models and parts are once again available to the consumer and we are also working on being able to have other models available soon,” said Suzuki’s Gabe Castillo.

Suzuki will release more information regarding the availability of other youth ATV’s and dirtbikes as they become available to the consumer once again.
