Justin Noss Sails his Yamaha YFZ450 ATV through the air

Corona, CA (9/24/2008) - 22 riders signed up, which meant heat races for gate pick to the main. With an ok start in his heat, Noss worked his way from 5th to 3rd out of 11. With that only deciding gate pick, Noss wasn't too worried about it. When the gate dropped for the main Noss took the holeshot ahead of 21 riders. Brandon Smith got out right behind him in second and put a high speed pass at the end of the first lap. With fellow Yamaha rider, Dustin Nelson, making his way from a bad start, Noss knew he needed to ride smooth and fast to keep a good gap on third. With Dustin finding his way into third place around the half way point, he started realing Noss in from about 10 seconds back. Noss was very determined to finally get a 2nd place finish overall, so he made sure to not make any mistakes but keep the pace high. Dustin finished right behind him in third and he was able to finish the night in 2nd place!!!

Noss was also able to go 1-1 both motos in the 250 Pro-Am class on his Raptor 250. The little bike was running good and no one could touch it. So he currently is still the points leader in that class also.
