                                St. Clairsville, OH (10/7/2009)
                                - I was looking forward round twelve in hopes
of putting in a great race; although the weather
was expected to make for a muddy track it turned
out nice on Saturday! Although a lot of the mud
had been cleared out by the morning race in my
mind I knew this course would be very slick and
I made it a point to focus on getting a good start
and keeping momentum. I had a decent jump off
the line and was able to head into the woods in
                                the fourth place position.

                                         Kiser faced
an interesting track mix of mud in some
places and dust in others |

The track was slick in some places and dusty
and muddy in others which made for interesting
racing between the front runners as we all tried
to gain time on one another. At the close lap
number one the lead pack were all within seconds
of one another. There were not a ton of places
to make passes but where new lines could form
they did as the race pushed on. I felt good
as the race continued and my machine worked
great. Unfortunately I would again unexpected
traction and would collide with a tree in one
of the tighter sections of the course. I fell
way back in the pack which I knew would make
                                  for a long day.

At the close of lap two I had gotten back to
the eighth place position and I decided to pit
for new goggles and fuel. I gained more time
in lap three and on the white flag I pushed
extremely hard in hopes of making up ground
on the leaders. I was successful in making up
some of the needed time but not all of it. In
the end I would take the checkered flag and
                                  earn sixth place.
After this round of racing I remain
                                  in second place in the XC1 Pro points standings;
I have a lot of great sponsors and supporters
that have a hand in this race and I cannot thank
                                  them enough; Yamaha, Houser, Ohlins,

racing in 2009, see you in Crawfordsville!
