Josh Creamer would end his moto in third, but
his 2-3 finishes earned him the number two position
on the podium. “My Monster Energy Kawasaki
was working great this weekend. I got good starts
and I’m real happy about being up on the
podium again,” Creamer stated.

Kawasaki's
#9 Josh Creamer (2nd) & #44 Chad Wienen
(3rd) both make their way back on the
podium at Red Bud with solid moto finishes
|
Chad Wienen had his work cut out for him in both
motos. The number 44 Kawasaki had a mid pack start
in the first moto but Wienen charged his way into
fourth place. Moto two was almost a repeat for
Wienen as he was in the top ten off the line.
Wienen quickly worked his way into the number
five position before reaching the checkers to
take a 4-5 finish and claiming the final spot
on the podium.

Veteran Suzuki pilot Doug Gust would take fourth
off the line, but his seemingly superhuman abilities
soon had him passing Goodman and sitting in a
solid third place. Gust would ride unchallenged
all the way to the finish line. In the second
moto, Gust got off to a bit slower start and fell
back to the number six position before crossing
the finish line, which put him in fourth overall
for the day.

Suzuki's
Doug Gust just missed another Podium with
Kawasaki's Chad Wienen making the pass
on Gust in the 2nd Moto, which was the
battle for the final spot on the Podium
|
After
starting at the back on the pack in Moto
1, Dasa Racing's Joe Byrd charged his way
to 2nd in Moto 2 after making the pass on
Kawasaki's Josh Creamer, which earned Byrd
a 5th Overall |
Honda’s Joe Byrd was on a mission in the
second moto after a first turn pile up in moto
one had him in the back of the pack. Byrd got
off to a decent start and soon began Pressuring
Josh Creamer for the number two spot. The tension
built as Byrd and Creamer would battle for several
laps before Byrd would make a clean pass to take
over second place.

Hoosier
Tire's Harold Goodman grabbed the Moto
2 Holeshot and was on his way to a top
5 overall finish when he lost it in the
uphill whoops sections, which left him
pinned under his Honda with Rage ATV's
Dee Manshack running to his aid. Goodman
would finish out the day in 9th, and went
to the hospital to get checked out, but
luckily no serious injuries were found,
but he will still be on rest for atleast
a few days to recover
|
John Natalie would also battle hard in moto two
after mechanical issues in the first moto sent
him to the back of the pack in the final lap.
Natalie was determined to break into the top five
and he did just that as he worked his way through
traffic, passing veteran Doug Gust to take over
the number four position.
