AMA ATV Motocross Nationals Round #1 - Glen Helen Raceway San Bernardino, California March 8-9, 2008

#7 Joe Byrd, #13 John Natalie, and #55 Doug Gust battle for 4th spot nearly the entire 1st Moto with Joe Byrd receiving a rear flat tire and dropping back to 6th with Natalie taking the 4th spot followed by Gust	In the 2nd Moto, John Natalie's Can-Am DS450 powered by Rage ATV out ran the field of 20 Pros to grab the ATVriders.com $200 Holeshot Award, but Natalie lead was short when he overshot the 2nd turn and dropped back several positions

"Digger" Doug Gust (No. 55 Team Rockstar/MSR/Suzuki/Yoshimura/Pro Taper) used his broad ATV racing experience to record strong fifth-place overall finish.

#55 Doug Gust rode strong both Motos recording two 5th Place finishes, which is incredible considering Doug hasn't ridden much over the winter due to the heavy snow in Wisconsin and having sinus surgery, which kept him grounded for several weeks	Honda's Harold Goodman kicked off the 2008 season with an impressive 6th place finish after training all winter down south at Splendora MX Park with Dee Manshack and several other Pro & Amateur racers

The next race for the ITP/Moose Racing AMA/ATVA ATV Motocross Championship is scheduled for March 29-30 at Mill Creek Raceway in Pell City, Ala. That race will feature the Pro riders in their second round, plus the Amateur Series season opener.
