Greg Gee was back on the track again in the college 16-24
division and once again took the win over a field of some
pretty quick riders with Chris Williams claiming second
followed by Corey Snapp. A quick recap of some of the
other classes had Travis Moore taking the win in the 450
A class. Matt Shapaka took the win for the 450 B class
and the 450 C win went to Adam Blackburn. The 4 Stroke
classes had Cody Gibson take the win in A, Chad Brooks
took the win in the B class and Daniel Cooper took the
win in the 4 stroke and Production C classes, and Nick
Denoble claimed the A class win. Chase Snapp finished
in first for the Prduction B class.

#98
Daniel Cooper secured 4 Moto Wins to claim the
Production & 4-Stroke C Class Overall Wins
ahead of #118 Shane Hadley |
#454
Kara Corn finshed 3rd in the Women's Class behind
Briane Hanson & Amber Vann |
In a few of the youth classes we saw some familiar faces
do pretty well. Neal McGrath in the Youth Production 13-15
class took the win over second place rider Jeffray Rastrelli
and third place finisher Mark Madl. Both McGrath and Rastrelli
tried their hand earlier this season in the GNCC season
opener finishing in the top three there as well. Perhaps
we will see more of them in the woods later this season.
Cody Tittle won the 90 Production Sr 12-15 class while
the younger brother Cole Tittle took the win in the 90
Production Jr 8-11 division.

At the end of the week end every one that raced was
very happy with the conditions and the new addition
to the series of the real time electronic scoring. The
transponder scoring system was a real nice addition
to hear during the actual race to know who was really
turning the fastest lap times. The families and fans
were huddled around the large screen TV that was updating
the results every lap and seeing the times at the end
of every lap. This is nice to know and a real confidence
builder to many who may not actually win the race, but
did turn the fastest lap. Case in point. Joe Byrd won
the Pro Overall this weekend in Texas, but Chad Wienen
had the fastest lap-time in both Motos. This was the
case in many of the classes out there while in a few
the leader was just flat out the fastest and the winner.
Keep up the series improvements, and I have been told
there are more to come. See you at the races.
