The C classes each have a different leader at the
mid way point of the series. Two of the women’s
class riders are out front, with Columbia, MO rider
Lexi Wren leading the Production class and Paige
Cowell tied with Thomas Amesbury for the lead in
the 265 class. Carl Amesbury, of Rochester, NY leads
the 4-Stroke class. The C classes have followed
the A and B classes with multiple winners. Longtime
rider Thomas Amesbury, Carl’s dad, picked
up the first win of his career in Pennsylvania.

#22 Lexi
Wren has earned 3 wins in the Production
C Class with #42 Caden Pope giving her
a run for her money at Pine Lake in a
dramatic race to the finish as she leads
the Production C Class Points, and she
took also took over the Women's Class
points lead with a win over Paula Shank

|
#99 Paula Shank has finished out the last
2 season in the top three, but for 2008,
she is in a tight battle for the championship
with Lexi Wren |
The women’s class is still up for grabs
as each of the first four rounds has seen a different
winner. Lexi Wren took round one, leader Paula
Shank took round two in Missouri. Bailey Williams
won in Virginia and Heather Byrd made her first
appearance of the season and won round four. Wren
was the first rider to post multiple wins as she
took the checkered flag in round five and leads
the title chase over Shank by three points.
China Grove, NC riders, and cousins, Tyler Corriher
and Jeffrey Cunningham are atop the 16-24 age
group class, with Corriher two points ahead for
the current lead. Wyatt Gann, round one winner,
along with Lonnie and Lamar Eby are all within
striking distance for the title. Nicholas Camilli
was the only amateur rider to win the first four
rounds. Even after a DNF in round five, Camilli
has a comfortable lead with only three rounds
left. Both the Veteran 30+ and 40+ classes have
seen multiple winners. Damon Brown leads the 30+
and Quinn Michael leads the 40+. Millston, WI
rider Ken Marcou has won his share of National
Titles and is hot on the heals of both these riders
with a victory in the 30+ class and three wins
in the 40+ class.

to battle for the points lead in the 16-24
