Brad Riley Edges out Chuckie Creech for Pro-Am Unlimited Win
::Continued::

PRO-AM UNLIMITED ATV MAIN

There was a bit of controversy surrounding the Pro-am Unlimited class as Brad Riley and Chuckie Creech battled it out for the lead. Creech, who had grabbed the holeshot and was leading, came under fire from Riley, who shot off the line in second.

BCS Performance's #25 Chuckie Creech was able to edge out both #27 Brad Riley & #038 Michael Coburn for the early lead in the Pro-Am Unlimited Mainh

The pair battle relentlessly for several laps before coming up on a stalled rider where the yellow flag was waved, and Riley had no other option than to make a pass. “The yellow flag was out and Brad and I were side by side and the guy was blocking the track on my side and Brad had the only open line. I got a little sideways in the turn and basically stopped anyway, so it was only natural that Brad would go by me. I know we aren’t supposed to pass on a yellow flag, but if Brad had stopped also, we would have had the entire track blocked and everyone would have piled up behind us, so it’s not like the pass was intentional to take over that position, it was done because we really didn’t have any other options at that time,” explained Chuckie Creech. The move would enable Riley to take over the lead over Creech and take the win, which is currently under review by race officials.

Can-Am's #25 Chuckie Creech held the early lead with #27 Brad Riley all over his grab bar, but Riley caught his break to make the pass when another racer slowed down Creech, which allowed Riley to take over the lead followed by Creech to the checkered flag for the win

Creech kept racing in second place, but in the final lap, Creech, who was dealing with a loose and leaky gas cap, would fall back to third when Michael Coburn came up from behind to take over second place just before the checkers, leaving Creech to settle for third.

Nathan Wolf was able to hang on for a sixth place finish, with Kristopher Bures finishing in seventh right behind him. Brian Foltz claimed the number eight spot as he crossed the finish line with Dillon Conant in ninth, while Paula Shank was able to make her way to a top ten finish.
