Track Pro & Pro-Am Race Report
::Continued::
Kirby Cooke came up from a fifth place start and
worked his way around Brain Ace late in the race
to finish in a respectable fourth place. “It
was a tough track to pass on but I was able to work
up to fourth,” said Cooke.
Can-Am’s Chuckie Creech got off to a slower
than normal start and battled his way into the
number five spot before reaching the checkered
flag. “I caught up to Kirby Cooke, but didn’t
have enough time to make a move, so I had to settle
for top five this time,” stated Creech.

ATV MAIN |
In the Pro-am Unlimited class, Kirby Cooke came
off the start in the number two spot behind Chuckie
Creech. Cooke applied the pressure and got by
Creech in the second lap, from there it was all
out war between the two racers as they swapped
positions several times, much to the delight of
the crowd, but it was Cooke who would hang on
to take the Pro-am Unlimited win. “It was
a really good battle between Chuckie and me. It
was a lot of fun and I’m happy to take the
win,” said Cooke.

Chuckie Creech grabbed the Pro-am Unlimited holeshot,
but bobbled in the second lap allowing Kirby Cooke
to get by. Creech battled hard and swapped positions
several times, but would not be able to take back
the lead and hold it before reaching the checkered
flag, giving him a second place finish.
“It was a really good battle between Kirby and
I and the spectators really enjoyed watching it
all happen. I may not have won this one, but it
sure was good racing and a lot of fun,” said
Creech.
