#27 Brad Riley scored 3 Podium finishes on the day with the win in the Pro-Am Unlimited Class
In the Pro-am Unlimited class, defending champ, Brad Riley, was on a mission. Riley finished third in his heat race earlier in the day, but put the hammer down for the main event. Riley charged off the start with an early lead and pulled away from the competition to take the Pro-am unlimited win.

“I had a good start and it was a good race for me. I really liked the track and I was able to use the option lane quite a bit, which worked to my advantage in all classes. I t really felt good to take the win and now I want to make that happen in the other classes as well,” said Riley.

Kirby Cooke, who ran into mechanical issues in the Pro main event, had much better luck in the Pro-am Unlimited class. After winning his heat race, Cookee got a good start in the main as well and held off Nathan Wolff to take second on the podium.

Kristopher Bures and Chuckie Creech battled it out for a good part of the race, but Bures got the upper hand and held off Creech to take fourth and leaving Creech to round out the top five.

Dustin Hoffman held off an advancing Michael Houghton to finish in sixth, with Houghton taking seventh. Jared Hulling held on to finish in eighth, while Paula Shank held off Daryl Rath for ninth, with Rath rounding out the top ten.

In the Women’s class, Paula Shank claimed her first win of the season, followed by Bailey Williams in second and Paige Cowell in third.

Round number two of the 2012 Extreme DirtTrack Series will head to Outlaw Motor Speedway in Oktaha, OK on June 9th.
